Each item is hand made in Ghana, Togo, Benin, Burkina Fasso and Mali West Africa and therefore, we do not offer cash refunds. If there is an issue with your order (damage, wrong item, delivery issue) you must notify us within 14 days for resolution. After 14 days we cannot issue any exchanges.
