Our djembes in production
Our djembes are made in Ghana West Africa by Kossi Mawuena, a master wood carver and percussionist, who has spent years perfecting his craft.
Woods used for our djembes include Teak, Kola, Mahogany and Eucalyptus. The drumming surface is made with the thickest part of the goat skin.

Our african foldable hand fans in production
Our African fan are handmade by Yawo Tagbe in Lome Togo West Africa. He uses African cloths for the fan and leather for the handles.
Handmade by a slow and involved process, as each stick of bamboo is filed, shaved and smoothed by hand, then attached to the fan canvas. Foldable to easily fit in a purse or backpack. No summer outing should be without one. Strong and durable, and made to last.
